The creative recovery workshop is a structured workshop designed to help individuals in their recovery process through creative and artistic activities. These workshops can be beneficial for people recovering from various challenges, such as addiction, trauma, mental health issues, or physical health conditions. In the workshop, participants are guided through explorations and embodied exercises, (re)connecting the body to the brain.

There are movement exercises with music (tailored/depending on group), group and individual practices and time to reflect, using the workbook provided
